About Me
Dr William Hartley is a Senior Lecturer at the Royal Agricultural University. He has a research interest in soil management, metal contaminants and their behaviour in brownfield soils, in situ remediation of soils using organic and inorganic amendments including green waste compost and biochar. He has worked on several interdisciplinary research projects restoring degraded soils and has focused on real world problems and socially relevant issues.
